Troi Atkinson was born in Arkansas and says that he “began his time on earth in the hills, fields & swamps of Arkansas.” Troi’s early childhood involved nightly camp meetings and front porch evening musical sessions. He grew up with music and songwriting as a primary means of communication. After leaving Arkansas Troi became a sailor and a soldier in the truest since of the word by becoming a Navy Seal and a world traveler.
As a singer and songwriter Troi’s travels found an expression in his unique rhythms and lyrics which are flavored with multicultural tones. Through his music he illuminates the Love that is seeded in all of humanity.
